Seriously gross spider
Dallin spotted this huge, enormous, freaky spider right outside the back door today. Yes, it was on my PATIO!!! I was afraid if I got too close it might grab my camera and take a few pictures of me screaming. I have never seen a spider like this in my entire life. The pictures don't do him justice. He was all silvery and hairy. Ewww!!!

When I saw your title of this post, I almost didn't wait for the picture to finish loading and just closed out of it, because I was so scared....

That is one ugly spider. I seriousy hate spiders too - and I have to force myself not to kill them outside, being that they're so good for the enviornment and all. But once they come inside, its fair game.
BTW - there is a really fun website called whatsthatbug.com where you can send in your pictures, and they'll identify them for you. Its actually kind of fun.

Eww! Even the pic gives me the creepy crawlies! And what's with those mayflies? There are swarms of them around my house! We went on a walk for FHE on Monday night and couldn't even talk to each other for fear of swallowing a bug. Yuck!

That was really gross. My husband saw it and said it looks like an Orb spider but we're not bug experts. Either way I hope it didn't reproduce and sent some over to my house. Holy Crap! That is the grossest, nastiest, most disgusting spider I have ever seen. I just shuddered. Bleck! I can't think of enough words to describe how gross that thing is. I am glad you found it before it came in the house. Eeeewwww.

That is just disgusting. And the worst part is that it is living so close to my house. I hope I never see one like that. I am sure if I see one at my house you will be able to hear me scream.

Okay first of all, I'm now holding up my feet just in case something like that is crawling near me. Second of all (don't you love numbered thoughts) we have had WAY too many spiders around lately. They are the kind that look like lobsters but move way faster (and probably don't taste good). Jeff had to kill one in the sink yesterday and I had to kill one with the snippers out in the yard. I'm trying not to make Landon scared but when he sees mom running around screaming and thinking spiders might be in her pants s doing a stomping move too...yeah he's gonna be scared.
And third of all, I can't believe you were put together enough to take a picture. I love the story of your mom almost chopping her finger off because of a spider. I love that Aunt Norene has ONE weakness.

O.K., that is disgusting! Seriously! I hate spiders. If I saw this one I probably would have a heart attack & fall over dead on the spot. I have a really gross post I need to do soon that has to do with hornets. But, I think that these pictures beat mine hands down.
